About This Program

September 1st, 2025-August 31st, 2026

We know that Brotherhood doesn’t end at graduation—it grows stronger when alumni come together in meaningful ways. That’s why we’re excited to share the Local Alumni Association Crown Pearl Goals, a set of opportunities designed to help alumni connect, serve, and celebrate Kappa Kappa Psi within their own communities.

Local Alumni Associations are the heartbeat of alumni engagement. They bring Brothers together for fellowship, service to college bands, and support for one another. By setting intentional goals, we can create lasting traditions, strengthen relationships, and keep the spirit of Kappa Kappa Psi alive wherever our alumni are.

This year, we invite every Local Alumni Association to challenge themselves: choose at least 10 Crown Pearl Goals that reflect your members’ interests and your community’s needs. Whether through service projects, social gatherings, professional networking, or supporting active chapters, these goals are a way to celebrate Brotherhood in action right where you are.

LAA Operation

The LAA Operations goals are in place to strengthen our alumni community by encouraging active participation and meaningful contributions. Through these goals, our Local Alumni Associations will demonstrate their commitment to fostering connection, supporting lifelong brotherhood, and advancing the mission of Kappa Kappa Psi.

  1. Submit the LAA Renewal Form and roster by September 1st, 2026

  2. Accomplish one of your one-year membership goals

  3. Accomplish one of your one-year social/alumni engagement goals

  4. Accomplish one of your one-year service/scholarship goals

  5. Accomplish one of your one-year fundraising goals

Building Bridges

The Building Bridges goals are opportunities to encourage connection, growth, and visibility within the Brotherhood. Through these goals, our Local Alumni Associations will strengthen relationships, expand their impact, and celebrate the spirit of lifelong membership.

  1. Participate in the Founders Circle Training Sessions

  2. Have a member of your LAA participate in the Mentorship Program

  3. Submit one of your activities to the LAA News section of The Encore/KKPsiAA Website

  4. Attend a Fire-Psi-de Chat and/or Quarter Note Forum

  5. Listen/watch an episode of The Tempo and/or BOHTalk

Connection

The Connection goals are to foster unity across all levels of our Brotherhood. Through these goals, our alumni will deepen their engagement and strengthen shared traditions. Connecting with the National Chapter, whether through feedback, service, or giving, further highlights the lasting impact alumni make in shaping the future of Kappa Kappa Psi.

  1. Host an activity, provide an act of service, or attend an event hosted by Active Members

  2. Engage or collaborate in an event, fundraiser, or activity with another LAA

  3. Have a member of your LAA register to attend a District Convention and participate in DAA activities

  4. Submit a nomination for an award/grant provided through the KKPsiAA

  5. Connect with the National Chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi by providing positive feedback to members of Headquarters, National Council, and/or Board of Trustees. Can also donate or volunteer service on a National Committee
